"Wanted to love it, but the laptop protection worries me"
I’ve usually had good luck with this brand, so I really wanted to like this bag. It looks nice and feels decent overall, but the laptop compartment just doesn’t give me much confidence. My laptop shifts around more than I’d expect, and for something I’d be carrying every day, that makes me nervous. I’m kind of torn because I do like the brand, but I don’t think I’d fully trust this bag for protecting my laptop...

"Great products, but the website was tough to use!!!"
I really like Tom Bihn gear, but shopping on the site was frustrating!!! I use keyboard navigation and a screen reader, and some of the menus were hard to get through, while a few buttons and links didn’t really make sense out loud!!! The photos and product details seem nice if you’re browsing normally, but it took me way too long just to find basic info and get through checkout!!! For such a popular brand, I really expected the website to be easier for everyone to use!!!

"Good Quality, Just a Little Pricey"
Would I buy from them again? Probably, but I’d have to think twice because the prices are still a bit steep for me. That said, the quality does feel worth it, and you can tell the products are made well. I just wish it was a little more budget-friendly.

"Customer service really let me down"
I waited several days for a response, and when they finally got back to me, the reply was rude and not helpful at all. the whole thing felt avoidable if they had just communicated better.

"Nice idea, but too heavy for me"
I really wanted to like this bag, and it does seem decent overall, but it felt way too heavy before I had even packed much into it. After just a short walk, my shoulder was already hurting, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, it’s not practical for my needs and just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Pricey at first, but honestly worth it"
I’ve picked up a couple of Tom Bihn bags now, and I’ll admit, the price definitely made me hesitate at first. But after using them pretty much every day, it just kind of clicked. The stitching feels solid, the zippers don’t get fussy, and the pockets actually make sense. Compared to cheaper bags I’ve owned, these just feel like they’re going to last. I don’t see myself needing to replace it anytime soon, so for me, the value is there.

"Held Up in the Rain"
I used this bag while walking around in the rain, nothing too crazy — and it held up really well. Everything inside stayed dry, which was what I was hoping for. I’m not totally sure how it would do in a heavy downpour though, I haven’t tested it in that kind of weather yet

"Comfy everyday bag, just took a second to adjust"
I was kind of in a rush when I first tried this bag, so I didn’t have a ton of patience for messing with the straps. It took me a little bit to get it adjusted just right, but once I did, it felt really comfortable. The straps sit nicely and don’t dig in, which I really appreciate. The size is pretty much perfect for my daily stuff too. It’s not absolutely perfect, but overall I’m really happy with it.

"Not bad, but kind of messy"
It’s alright overall, but it could be organized better. Stuff feels a bit all over the place, so you kind of have to poke around more than you should to find what you need. Not a huge deal, just a little frustrating

"Nice Bag, Wrong Color"
The bag itself is really nice, so I’m totally fine, obviously. They did send me the wrong color, which was a little annoying, but support got it sorted out quickly. So yeah, not a huge deal, just one of those things that makes you take a deep breath and pretend you’re not bothered.

"Frayed way too fast tbh"
I was really hoping this would hold up better, but the fabric started fraying after just one week. Kinda disappointing ngl, definitely doesn’t feel worth the money

"Expected more for the price"
I really wanted to like my Tom Bihn bag, but I was disappointed. The fabric felt stiff and almost plasticky right out of the box, not at all what I expected for something this expensive. After just a couple of weeks, the coating already started looking scuffed, and the straps felt rough on my shoulder. I also kind of felt dismissed when I brought up my concerns, like I was just being too picky. Maybe these bags hold up great for other people, but mine just didn’t feel premium to me. I wouldn’t buy it again...

"I actually do like the bag itself, so…"
I actually do like the bag itself, so no complaints there. The frustrating part was the shipping. The website made it seem like things would move quickly, but my order just sat there for days before anything really happened. The tracking barely updated too, which made it more annoying. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for the price, I definitely expected better. Overall, I’m happy with the bag, but I probably wouldn’t be in a rush to order from them again unless the shipping improves...

"Sturdy bag, but a bit much for daily use"
My Tom Bihn bag feels really well made, and I can tell it’s built to last. The pockets are genuinely useful and make organizing stuff easy. But my gut feeling is that it’s a little too bulky for everyday carry. It sometimes feels overbuilt for what I actually need day to day.

"Makes Packing Less of a Chore"
I got a Tom Bihn bag mostly for travel, it’s made packing a lot less annoying. I really don’t have the patience to dig through a bag every time I need something, so the pockets are a big win for me because they actually make sense. It also fits more than I expected, which is nice because I hate having to carefully plan where every single thing goes. I used it for a weekend trip and everything stayed organized without me having to put in much effort. Happy with it overall

"Good Bags, Wish There Were More Colors"
The bags themselves seem Good and I don’t really have any complaints about the quality. I just feel like the color options are a little Limited. A lot of them are either super plain or already sold out when I check. Not a bad experience at all, I just wish there were more fun choices to pick from.

"Filters could use a little work"
Overall it’s not bad, but the filters need some work. I kept trying to narrow things down and it didn’t quite show what I was looking for, or it would miss stuff that seemed like it should come up. Maybe I’m just being picky, but it got a little frustrating after a few tries. If they cleaned that up a bit, it’d be way easier to use
